This is Arappi who was a stray in Fourka beach.
One day a call came in from a Russian boy who used to feed him and he said the dog wasn't well.
He had eaten some poison but because he was a big dog the dose was not enough to kill him instantly.
After receiving the necessary medication he made a full recovery.
When you save a dog from poison you don't put them back on the streets for the same thing to happen.
Arappi is now living a wonderful life in England with the help of the
Greek Animal Rescue.
